Application Procedure

To organize a BIP at ULBS it is necessary that the two partner universities have signed a declaration of will with ULBS and 

  1. to agree on the following aspects: Objectives, Description, Methods and outcomes, virtual component – description and dates
  2. to establish a program
  3. send a Letter of invitation for the participants accepted. 

Important !

All outgoing mobilities (regardless the type or source of funding) will be considered eligible only if they are approved, based on a Mobility Request, by the ULBS Board of Directors.

In accordance with EWP policy, all activities related to the selection of candidates are carried out online. Applications must be submitted electronically to the Erasmus+ Office at international@ulbsibiu.ro, considering the deadline mentioned for each selection.

Each file will be given a registration number.  The results will be published on the website, anonymously.

Applicable criteria for students’ mobilities:

Required documents

  • eligibility and application form (Annex 2 Eligibility and enrolment form).
  • Mobility request to be approved
  • letter of intent (written in English).
  • copy of identity card.
  • student certificate (adeverință).
  • curriculum vitae (in English).
  • documents proving previous academic results: transcript (adeverință), transcript of records or diploma supplement from the faculty secretariat with the overall average of the previous years (minimum 6). For first year undergraduate students the average of the first semester completed is considered, for master and doctoral students the overall average of the previous completed study programme is considered.
  • a document proving the results of the foreign language test (written or oral test, eliminatory). Students who present a foreign language certificate/attestation issued by authorised institutions, with a minimum level of B1, or those who follow study programmes taught in foreign languages are exempt from this test.
  • other optional documents relevant to the requested mobility such as language certificates in other languages, professional certificates, diplomas, certificates, certificates on student scientific research results, internships, participation in extracurricular projects, etc.
To end the mobility for STUDIES/BIP:

After your return to the country, within 15 days, please present yourself to the Erasmus+ Office with the following documents, in duplicate, original (for the Erasmus+ Office) and a copy (for the Financial Office)

  • Certificate of stay with the date of arrival and departure from the host institution. The host university’s model mobility certificate is also acceptable, if the host university already has a standard form confirming the mobility period.
  • Online Questionnaire (will be sent automatically by e-mail). The completion of the questionnaire is your request for the Erasmus+ settlement. After filling in the questionnaire, press the SUBMIT button. There is no need to list this document.
  • Narrative report – written and signed by you.
  • Declaration of avoidance of double funding.
  • Proof of accommodation and transport
