The Education, Scholarships, Apprenticeship, and Youth Entrepreneurship Program (ESAYEP), 2014-2021

The program aims to:
• Improve the quality and relevance of education and training;
• Facilitate the learning mobility of students and university staff between donor and beneficiary countries;
• Foster cooperation and partnerships between education and the labor market;
• Support the professional development of teaching staff.

At ULBS, the SEE mobilities organized under the ESAYEP program are conducted based on the Erasmus+ Regulation, in accordance with the provisions of Erasmus+ mobilities to/from partner countries that are not associated to the program.

Eligibility:
• Students enrolled in any of the three study cycles: bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs, provided they have accumulated all the credit points related to the activities in the curriculum for the semesters preceding the mobility at the time of selection.
• SEE mobilities will only be carried out at higher education institutions for the fields of study with which ULBS has inter-institutional agreements.

Application file:
The selection of participants for ESAYEP-SEE study mobilities is organized at the faculty level. Application files are submitted electronically to the faculty secretariats and must include:
• Eligibility and registration form, specifying options (Annex 2);
• Letter of intent (written in English or the foreign language in which the studies will be conducted at the first stated option);
• Copy of ID card;
• Student certificate;
• Curriculum vitae (written in English or the foreign language in which the studies will be conducted at the first stated option);
• Documents proving previous academic results: certificate, academic transcript, or diploma supplement from the faculty secretariat with the general average of previous years (minimum 6). For first-year bachelor’s students, the average of the first completed semester is considered; for master’s and doctoral students, the general average of the previous completed study program is considered;
• Document proving foreign language test results (written or oral test, with eliminatory character). Students presenting a foreign language certificate issued by authorized institutions, with a minimum level of B1, or those enrolled in study programs taught in foreign languages are exempt from this test;
• Other optional documents relevant to the requested mobility, such as language certificates for other languages, professional certificates, diplomas, certificates, attestations of student scientific research results, internships, participation in extracurricular projects, etc.
