Eligibility

Full-time or associate teaching staff/personnel at ULBS (based on a contractual agreement);
Foreign language certificate/attestation issued by authorized institutions with a minimum level of B2.

Application File

The selection of participants for ESAYEP-SEE study mobilities is organized at each faculty level.

The application files are submitted electronically to the faculty secretariats and contain:

Eligibility and registration form for ULBS staff for a teaching/training mobility (Annex 15);
Curriculum vitae typed in English;
Letter of intent typed in English;
Draft of the teaching/training agreement (staff mobility for teaching/training- STA/STT);
Relevant diplomas and professional certificates (optional).

APPLICABLE RATES FOR ESAYEP-SEE MOBILITIES:

Grant: 250 EUR/day
For transportation costs, the following rates will be used:
