Important Information for International Students – Accommodation for the 2025/2026 Academic Year

The accommodation calendar for the 2025/2026 academic year has been published.

All international full-degree students enrolled in all years of study, as well as candidates who have been admitted in the admission sessions concluded by July 31, 2025, are eligible to register for accommodation.

The registration period will take place between 6 – 31 August and the application forms must be submitted online: https://cazare.ulbsibiu.ro/

If you have any problems with registering, please contact the accommodation office via email at cazare.camine@ulbsibiu.ro, providing details of the issue and attaching a copy of an identification document (preferably a passport or, for EU residents, an ID card).

Please be sure to respect all deadline and complete your registration within the set periods. It is essential to follow all necessary steps in order to secure your accommodation for the upcoming academic year.
