France Excellence Romania Scholarships 2026–2027
The France Excellence Romania Scholarships – French Government Scholarships are now open for applications for the 2026–2027 academic year.
This prestigious scholarship program supports academic and scientific mobility to France and is addressed to the following categories:
- Master’s degree students
- Doctoral candidates enrolled in joint supervision (cotutelle)
- Early-career researchers and senior researchers applying for scientific mobility stays in France
