ERASMUS Incoming Students (BIP and STM)

Application Procedure

To organize a BIP at ULBS it is necessary that the two partner universities have signed a declaration of will with ULBS and 

  1. to agree on the following aspects: Objectives, Description, Methods and outcomes, virtual component – description and dates
  2. to establish a program
  3. send a Letter of invitation for the participants accepted. 
For enrolment at ULBS for STUDIES you need to:
  • Be nominated by your home institution via email at the dedicated email depending on the organizer of the selection.

Required documents

  • After the nomination you will be required to send:
    • Application Form for mobilities for studies coming from EU countries
    • Learning agreement filled in using OLA platform https://www.learning-agreement.eu/ and Erasmus+ App (available in Google Play and Apple store) at the e-mail address mentioned for each selection.
At the end the mobility for STUDIES you will receive:
  • Certificate of attendance from ULBS
  • Learning Agreement Section After the mobility (Transcript of records)
