Application deadlines for Erasmus Mobility:

Nomination deadline
Winter semester: 30 June
Spring semester: 30 November

Application deadline
Winter semester: 15 July
Spring semester: 15 December

 
For enrolment at ULBS for STUDIES you need to

Required documents

  • Passport or ID card
  • CV 
  • English language certificate (minimum level B1);
  • Learning Agreement for Studies (section Before Mobility) signed by both coordinators; 
  • Transcript of Records from your home university;
  • Medical assurance/ European Student Card.
After the nomination period is closed and you send us all the documents mentioned you will be issued an acceptance letter
To end the mobility for STUDIES you need to

Please note that between the 1st of August and the 9th of September, the Medicine Faculty is closed, and no traineeships will be approved

Important !

To complete the Learning Agreement you have to check the link to the course curricula and choose the courses you want to attend. If you need more information regarding the courses you can contact the Erasmus+ coordinator from each Faculty or Department: Erasmus+ Faculty Coordinators. After we receive your nomination and application documents, we will issue an Acceptance Letter and we will send you further information about accommodation, arrival and departure dates, welcome week, etc

Housing: Accommodation is NOT guaranteed, and places in the dormitory are allocated according to their availability.
