Application Procedure

For participation in a mobility at ULBS for TRAINING or TEACHING you need to:

Be nominated by your home institution (on the basis of the inter-institutional agreement closed) at the following e-mail address: international@ulbsibiu.ro
After the nomination you will be required to send: Appendix 33_Application form_STA_STT incoming

Required documents

Foreign language certificate (minimum level B2)
Staff Mobility Agreement for Training or Teaching (signed and stamped by the sending institution)
CV (English language)

To end the mobility

you will receive the certificate of attendance

NON-EU COUNTRIES

For participation in a mobility at ULBS for TRAINING or TEACHING you need to:

Be nominated by your home institution (on the basis of the inter-institutional agreement closed) at the following e-mail address: international@ulbsibiu.ro
After the nomination you will be required to send Appendix 34_Application form for staff coming from countries not associated to the Programme

Required documents

CV (English language)
Foreign language certificate (minimum level B2)
Staff Mobility Agreement for Teaching or Training (draft)

To end the mobility you need to

Submit the following form: Appendix 36_Documents at the end of mobility for staff coming from countries not associated to the programme

Important !

Please take note that the minimum eligible period for funding is 5 days. An earlier departure to your country will cancel the funding.
