Application Procedure

To organize a BIP at ULBS it is necessary that the two partner universities have signed a declaration of will with ULBS and 

  1. to agree on the following aspects: Objectives, Description, Methods and outcomes, virtual component – description and dates
  2. to establish a program
  3. send a Letter of invitation for the participants accepted.

In accordance with EWP policy, all activities related to the selection of candidates are carried out online. Applications are submitted electronically to the Erasmus+ Service at international@ulbsibiu.ro, considering the deadline mentioned for each selection.

Each file will be given a registration number. The results will be published on the website, anonymously.

Required documents

  • Eligibility and application form
  • Curriculum Vitae – in English.
  • Letter of intent – in English.
  • Mobility Agreement- Staff Mobility for teaching (draft).
  • Documents showing fulfilment of the required criteria.
  • Relevant diplomas and professional certificates (optional).
  • Mobility request to be approved
To end the mobility you need to

Submit the following documents: 

  • Confirmation letter. The document must be signed and stamped by the host university and specify the actual mobility period.
  • Mobility Agreement – signed and stamped by the host university
  • Narrative report – written and signed by you.
  • Declaration of avoidance of double funding.
  • Air tickets or other means of transport (round trip) – proving that you travelled on the funded travel days. Fuel receipts from outside Romania on the days of travel.
  • Boarding pass (round trip)
  • Copy of accommodation/invoice/reservation
  • Questionnaire completed in Mobility Tool (first page)
  • Car declaration (attached)
  • Anexa 20_Documente la revenirea din mobilitate STA_STT

Important !

All outgoing mobilities (regardless the type or source of funding) will be considered eligible only if they are approved, based on a Mobility Request, by the ULBS Board of Directors.
